Start with the setting, visibility and transport needs—not just the artwork.

Describe the space

Give the available footprint, viewing distance and indoor or outdoor conditions. Include venue restrictions.

A roll-up display stores its graphic in a base; other banner formats need separate support or fixing. Specify whether hardware is already available.

Match artwork to the actual display template. Allow for areas concealed by fixings or the stand.

Confirm who handles delivery, assembly, fixing and collection. Exposure and anchoring requirements need a site-specific assessment.
