These conditions apply to urgent requests. Your written quotation confirms the job-specific details.

- WhatsApp confirmation. Urgent requests are handled directly on WhatsApp. A message, enquiry or requested date does not reserve a production slot. Wait for written confirmation.
- Eligibility and timing. Next-day delivery depends on stock, quantity, finishing, capacity and location. We confirm the exact deadline, cut-off and any weekend or holiday constraints for your job.
- Price and payment. An express surcharge applies. Production, express and delivery charges, applicable tax and payment requirements are stated in the quotation before approval. Delivery is arranged by us; it is not automatically free.
- Artwork and quality. Supply final content and approve the artwork, dimensions, materials and finish. The agreed proof and quality checks still apply. We will not silently substitute a different specification to meet a deadline.
- When production starts. The confirmed schedule depends on final artwork approval and payment as agreed in your quote. Late approvals or changes may affect price and delivery; any revised plan must be agreed.
- Delivery to your address. No collection is required. Provide an accurate address, recipient contact, access instructions and someone available to receive the order. Address changes or failed delivery attempts may require revised timing and charges, confirmed with you.
- Changes, cancellations and issues. Cancellation, amendments, reprints and any remedies are agreed in the written quotation, including what happens once production has started. Contact us immediately on WhatsApp if anything is wrong. If a delay arises, we will discuss the revised delivery plan with you.
Do I need to collect my urgent order?
No. We arrange delivery to the address agreed in your quotation. Send the delivery emirate, area, full address, recipient contact and any access requirements on WhatsApp. Delivery timing and charges are confirmed before approval.
Can you deliver my printing in one day?
Next-day production and delivery may be available for eligible urgent jobs. We first check your artwork, quantity, stock, finishing, production capacity and delivery address. Your deadline is confirmed in the quotation; submitting an enquiry does not reserve a slot.
Does urgent production cost more?
Yes. Urgent jobs carry an express surcharge. The quotation sets out the production price, express charge and any delivery costs before you approve the job. There is no fixed surcharge until we review your requirements.
Will the quality be different?
The agreed material, artwork approval and quality checks still apply to urgent work. If a finish or process cannot be completed properly within your deadline, we will discuss a suitable alternative or a later delivery time for your approval.
