What to include in a print quotation request.

A useful brief helps the conversation move from an idea to clear specifications.

Name the project

List the products or services and what they will be used for. Include all related items if the project needs a coordinated result.

Give a total and any variations, such as garment sizes, individual names or different artwork versions. “Please advise” is fine when undecided.

Add desired dimensions, materials, finishing, location and preferred date. Timing remains subject to a confirmed quotation.

Say whether the design is ready, needs adapting or starts from an idea. Share reference links and arrange any private artwork transfer directly.
