Finish: Gloss, matte or a specific tactile film where available.
Print & film compatibility: Stock, ink/process, curing and film thickness/type.
Format: Single/double-sided, finished size and whether cutting or folding follows.
Use: Handling, moisture and cleaning; lamination does not automatically make an item waterproof.

The quotation confirms the compatible material, production dimensions, finish, proof/sample requirement and timing for the agreed job.
