SPECIFY LARGE-FORMAT PRINT

The details that determine the job.

Visible and total size: Width × height in mm; include bleeds, hems, pockets or hidden cassette area.
Material: Banner, film, paper, fabric or board; weight/thickness and indoor/outdoor use.
Joining & finishing: Panel seams, eyelets, trimming, lamination, mounting and hardware compatibility.
Installation: Site dimensions, access, surface, fixing permissions, power and delivery window.

The quotation confirms the compatible material, production dimensions, finish, proof/sample requirement and timing for the agreed job.

What are you making?

Roll-up banners

Start with the visible width and height, then select the mechanism. A 200 cm display does not necessarily use a 200 cm tall artwork file.

Posters

Match the dimensions to the frame opening, not its outside measurements.

Flex/PVC banners

The installation and wind exposure influence the banner construction; a print size alone is not a complete specification.

Mesh banners

Mesh allows some air through but does not remove the need for a safe fixing design.
