WHEN TO CONSIDER IT

Start with the garment.

Suitable polyester textiles or specifically coated objects, reviewed for the exact application.

Sublimation transfers a dye image using heat onto a compatible material or coating.

Suitability, availability and any sample requirement are confirmed against your actual material and artwork.

SPECIFY SUBLIMATION

The details that determine the job.

Compatible blank: Exact polyester fabric or purpose-coated hard blank, including its colour.
Template: Print width × height and the supplier template; all-over panels need seam allowances.
Coverage: Small motif, full panel or wrap; identify seams and areas that cannot receive pressure.
Result: Agree a sample for colour, image distortion, ghosting and usable area before production.

The quotation confirms the compatible material, production dimensions, finish, proof/sample requirement and timing for the agreed job.
