Measure the actual contents and specify internal length × width × height, item weight, inserts and clearance.

Structure & material

Select the opening style, board grade/caliper, wrap or liner and finish. GSM alone does not describe rigid or corrugated strength.

Supply & approval

Agree a structural sample, dieline, assembly state and packing quantity. Shipping protection and food contact require separate review.

Quantity, final specifications, sample/proof approval, delivery location and required date are agreed together. Ask for alternatives where a stock or process is undecided.
